    Whats the course like?
    The FreedomBody Hips & Hamstrings Challenge is a mix of deep targeted stretching, yoga & mobility exercises combined with easeful strength training.  
    This unique combination will realign, relax and balance your hips, hamstrings and back so you can decrease pain, up your athletic abilities and regain your full range of motion.

Tight hips affect everything from your ability to get into yoga poses to simply being able to pick up something off the floor. When hips are tight, they increase the load and cause overuse of the spine. In addition to the benefits of improved range of motion and circulation and decreased back pain, opening the hips can create an energetic shift or release as well. Yogic tradition holds the hips as a storage ground for negative feelings and pent-up emotions, especially ones related to control in our lives. Hip-opening can also create space for the birth of new ideas and new pathways. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The classes alternate between 5pm and 9am PST each day.  

No.  However, it is best to not miss more than two days in a row.  The recordings are posted each day after the class for you to do on your own schedule.  The classes are progressive, but if you miss a couple it's not a big deal, you do them later on the replays.

No experience necessary. Everyone and all levels are welcome.  Modifications will be given to accommodate different flexibility levels and the classes will build, so you will learn on the way!

You will receive a list of props when you register.  You will need a floor space that you can stretch out on. A yoga or exercise mat is preferable.  Most of the other props can be found around your house.  (if you want to purchase props we will be using yoga blocks and straps, but again you can substitute with things from your house)

Once you purchase the course is your to keep!  You can redo the classes as often as you like.
