If you have tight neck and shoulders, back pain, or poor posture; if you’ve tried yoga and stretching exercises, but didn’t see many results, then there’s a very good chance the FreedomBody 15 intensive can make a dramatic change in the way you sit, stand, and feel. In this intensive we will put all the posture puzzle pieces together to give your body the tools it needs to feel fantastic and release pain.
Whats the course like? The FreedomBody 15: Perfect Posture course is a mix of deep targeted stretching, yoga & mobility exercises combined with easy strength training. This unique combination will realign, relax and balance your body structure for perfect posture and tension release.
No matter how much stretching you do, if your TVA muscle and back aren't turned on and your skeleton isn't supported you will have posture challenges and chronically tight shoulders, hips, back and/or neck. So we start there, building your foundation and core support.
Targeted strength building in combination with mobility exercises and deep targeted stretching will give you the results that your body has been calling for!
