FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the dates and times of the program?

There are weekly coaching sessions on Mondays at 5pm PST (These are recorded).  All other material is recorded so you can do the classes and modules on your own schedule.  Join FreedomBody Transformation at any time.   Once you join you will have a special onboarding session to get you set up for success.   

Who is teaching the classes?

Coaching sessions and classes are lead by Emily Webb, FreedomBody founder and occasional select guest instructors.

What if I can't make the classes or coaching sessions?

All live sessions will be recorded.  If you can't make live coaching sessions you will be able to presubmit questions and get the support you need.

Do I have to be on Facebook?

The short answer is 'no.'  The course modules and and class recordings are housed in your online learning platform.  However, using the private facebook community to stay accountable, support others and post your wins is highly encouraged.

If I am not happy with the course, can I get a refund?

I want everyone to be thrilled with FreedomBody Transformation and will do everything in my power to make it an amazing experience for you.  However, due to the nature of the course and limited spots available refunds are not offered.  You can transfer your course to another person within the first month of the training.

Emily has over a decade of teaching experience.  She is a certified instructor of Yoga, Gravity Yoga, Krav Maga (self-defense and street fighting) and is a Holistic Health Coach. In addition, Emily teaches partner dance, holds a BS in Equine Science (with a concentration in teaching and training) and is on a life-long journey of personal and spiritual development.
