Hi. My name is Emily Webb...
FreedomBody was born from my deep desire to optimize my own health and life. I want to move with grace and ease, be mentally sharp and to truly feel amazing for the rest of my healthy, happy, long life.
And, I get how hard it can be to keep up healthy habits in this nonstop, go go go world.
I, too, am busy. I have big dreams and lots of passions, which often means my schedule is VERY full.
What I have learned is...
